These policies explain how the house handles accounts, enquiries, purchases and personal information. Please contact us if you would like any part explained before agreeing to an order.
Your choice
ARG is an AI fragrance assistant for house fragrance discovery, explicitly requested private customisation and guidance through published website pages. Common navigation requests can receive server-written guidance without being sent to Groq. With your agreement, consultation messages and approved catalogue information are sent to Groq. You may use the browser-based guided finder or contact the house instead. Do not include health details, payment credentials or other sensitive personal information.
Limits and product knowledge
ARG may misunderstand preferences. Recommendations use administrator-approved profiles or published catalogue family and character descriptions; unverified note claims are withheld. Website guidance uses approved links and does not access private orders or perform account, payment or admin actions. Prices, stock, safety and benefits must come from confirmed records. ARG cannot promise longevity, establish allergy safety, reveal formulas, accept orders, activate privileges or make business decisions.
Briefs and retention
Consultation access expires after 24 hours; older expired sessions and usage metrics are cleaned during subsequent activity. Reviewed enquiries remain with the house and are queued for acknowledgement to you and notification to the house. Contact fields are collected separately and are not sent by that form to Groq. If you type them into chat they can be processed as part of the message; please avoid doing so.
Private writing desk
Only authorised administrators can explicitly share a selected draft with Groq for writing suggestions. The writing endpoint does not save or publish it. Staff must exclude confidential customer information and secrets. Provider processing follows Groq’s current notice; the house must review provider safeguards and international transfer arrangements. Free-plan use does not imply zero retention or exemption from privacy duties.
