Subscription and Email Marketing Policy

These policies explain how the house handles accounts, enquiries, purchases and personal information. Please contact us if you would like any part explained before agreeing to an order.
Optional house letters
Choose Subscribe to Updates or an unchecked marketing choice only if you want fragrance news, private collections and house updates. Then confirm the emailed link. Marketing is never required for an account, Google sign-in, shopping or an enquiry. An unconfirmed request is not marketing consent.
Choice and withdrawal
Use account email preferences or the unsubscribe link in your letters. Withdrawal stops promotional eligibility without blocking necessary account, enquiry and delivery messages. A declined invitation is respected; an unsubscribed address is not automatically reactivated. A fresh voluntary request still needs confirmation.
Records and provider sync
We record request, confirmation, withdrawal, source and policy version. Only currently confirmed and unsuppressed choices may be synced to the configured Resend marketing audience. Sending requires a deliberate administrator Send action. Promotional eligibility is checked again when a queued letter is processed. Existing account addresses and legacy lists are not proof of consent.
