These policies explain how the house handles accounts, enquiries, purchases and personal information. Please contact us if you would like any part explained before agreeing to an order.
Current payment status
Live online payments remain disabled. Do not treat a quote request, order enquiry or ARG brief as a completed purchase. The house confirms the final quotation and authorised payment arrangements separately.
If hosted checkout is activated later
Hosted Paystack checkout will handle payment credentials. The server must verify the reference, amount, currency and provider outcome before recording payment. Screenshots, WhatsApp claims and a browser success page are not sufficient proof. No card numbers, PINs, CVVs or OTPs should be sent to staff.
Avoid duplicate payments
If a payment is uncertain, contact the house with its reference before trying again. Refunds and disputes require documented reconciliation; a tracking or fulfilment change does not create a refund.
