These policies explain how the house handles accounts, enquiries, purchases and personal information. Please contact us if you would like any part explained before agreeing to an order.
Using the house website
A.R.G SCENTNOTE is our trading brand. These terms cover browsing, account use and enquiries on argscentnote.com.ng. Customer reviews accept ratings from one to five stars and written feedback from signed-in customers. Reviews are moderated for privacy, abuse and relevance; a negative rating alone is not a reason to reject honest feedback. Verified-purchase labels require a matched paid website order or confirmed paid external sale recorded by the house against the customer’s confirmed email. A published review without that label is feedback without matched purchase evidence. Do not post another person’s private details or claims you know to be false. Give accurate contact details, protect your credentials and use the site lawfully. Purchases require lawful capacity or appropriate guardian involvement. We do not target children or claim to verify age through a checkbox.
Prices and availability
Prices are in Nigerian naira. Published reference bottle prices are 30 ml ₦8,000, 50 ml ₦13,000 and 100 ml ₦25,000; the gift box is ₦4,000. Check the current selected product and written quotation. Delivery, customisation and other agreed charges are shown separately before acceptance. A saved bag does not reserve stock. We confirm availability rather than invent stock quantities.
Enquiries and acceptance
Online live payment is currently closed. A quotation request, ARG brief or WhatsApp conversation is an enquiry, not a purchase or payment confirmation. We review availability and your requirements, then provide a written offer with costs and fulfilment arrangements. Acceptance and any payment method must be expressly agreed before an order begins. Do not make a payment solely because a form has been submitted.
Fair treatment
We will not substitute a fragrance or add undisclosed charges without agreement. Our return, cancellation and complaints policies explain how to request help. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nigerian law applies, subject to any mandatory applicable protections, and you retain access to competent courts and regulators.
Content and changes
Our branding, images and editorial content remain protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Do not reuse them commercially without permission.
